Treatment of complaints

Complaints may be filed by anyone who has used the services of Suicide Action Montreal or who has been involved any of its activities.

Suicide Action Montreal has integrated the complaints policy in its regular activities in order to ensure the continued improvement of its services. The policy confirms that:

  • the quality of our services is a top priority;
  • the management is committed to resolving complaints in a fair and impartial process;
  • the response to complaints is seen as a means of improving the practices and procedures of Suicide Action Montreal.

If you would like to file a complaint, you may do so verbally or in writing:

The information will be transmitted to the person responsible for complaints, who will contact you to discuss the situation. This simple procedure can often lead to a satisfactory solution.
